Libyan President Muammar Quaddafi is writing a TV series aimed to tackle Islamophobia, according to reports from Asharq al-Awsat and al-Arabiya.
The series will start off in the Arab world and move to Europe and Asia and will show the audience the types of problems Arabs face and defend Islam from continuous attacks, the London-based Asharq al-Awsat reported.
The focus will be on oppression, dictatorship and the relationship between the people and the regimes as well as the strong ties between Muslims and Christians in the Arab world.
Quaddafi doesn't exactly seem like right fit for the job--you know, given his own dictatorship and all--and his hand in it might not exactly make people sympathetic to Islamophobia, but what do I know?
